Dr. Scott P. Mondore is a managing partner of Strategic Management Decisions (SMD) and has significant experience in the areas of corporate strategy, talent management, measurement, customer experience and organizational development. He has worked for years in internal management and consulting positions across a variety of industries including transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, and hospitality.

Before co-founding SMD, Dr. Mondore served as the East Region President for Morehead Associates, a survey and human capital analytics company. Before joining Morehead, he worked as a Corporate Strategy Director and Talent Management Director at Maersk, Inc. He also worked as an Employee Relations Manager at UPS, focusing on employee assessment and measurement as well as working as a consultant to large and small organizations in both the private and public sector.

He has also published scholarly articles on various topics, including employee turnover, employee safety, coaching, litigation and leadership. Scott is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Georgia and has held the same status at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He holds a master's degree and doctorate in applied psychology from the University of Georgia.
